MUAC Athlete Sergio Bueno Shines at NJCAA Wrestling Nationals

Congratulations to Sergio R. Bueno '23 a Marian University Ancilla College (MUAC) exercise science major on placing third at districts qualifying him for the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Wrestling Nationals. At MUAC, Bueno is involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and along with his teammates, spends his time volunteering in the community.

“This is a special moment for me because I am making Ancilla College history being a two-time national qualifier,” Bueno said. MUAC Coach Mark Line agreed. "This sport has been an important place for him and he is very grateful for the bond he and his team make together," Coach Line said.
