Elsener's 10-year anniversary with Marian University is August 1, 2011.
Marian University president Daniel J. Elsener will mark his 10-year anniversary on August 1, 2011. The Criterion, the official newspaper of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, noted the occasion with afront page story in the July 29, 2011 issue.   In the story, he was noted for his "bold moves, commitment to goals" and visionary leadership.   The campus community will celebrate his anniversary at the first home football game on August 27, 2011. There will be fireworks and a special half-time tribute.
