MAP Tuition

Business and General Education Classroom Based Courses

Currently, MAP tuition is $350 per credit hour for the classroom based business and general education courses and most MAP classes are three or four credit hours. Textbook usage is included in the cost of tuition. Books are shipped via UPS 10-14 days prior to the start of the class and students return all books and ancillary items during the last class meeting. Because all materials will be reissued to other students in later terms, it is important that students keep them in good condition; students cannot write or highlight in the textbooks. Students may defer the tuition payment for up to 28 days after the term has ended.

Paralegal and Nursing Classroom Based Courses

Currently, tuition for MAP paralegal and nursing courses is $350 per credit hour. In addition, all courses have a mandatory electronic book fee that is determined on a course-by-course basis. Tuition and fees are deferred until after the term ends. E-books and fees may change each term or session.

Online Courses

Currently, tuition for MAP online courses is $350 per credit hour. In addition, all online courses have a mandatory electronic book fee that is determined on a course-by-course basis. Tuition and fees are deferred until after the term ends. BIO 214 Microbiology will also require that students purchase a lab kit. E-books, lab kits, and fees may change each session.

E-book and Lab Kit Fees

The e-book and lab kit fees for SU-MTERM8-13 and SU-MSESS8-13 are listed below.

* BIO 214 students are required to purchase a lab kit prior to the start of the course. The current cost is $287 plus shipping and handling.

The e-book is made available through the platform, Courseload, which is accessible within the ANGEL or Canvas LMS. E-books do not come with access codes for supplemental online material.

With the exception of THL 105, THL 216, NUB 400 and NUR 410, e-books are also available, for an additional fee via Courseload's Print on Demand (POD) option. A POD copy is black and white, softbound and individually watermarked copy of the textbook. Purchase price is determined by the length of the book.
