Biography
I grew up in the hills of eastern Kentucky and obtained my Ph.D. at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in microbiology and immunology. I am married to wonderful physician assistant, from whom I steal my most relevant clinical stories. I have two beautiful, furry children, Tiger and Oreo. In my free time, I am an avid reader and foodie. I enjoy being outdoors hiking, traveling, and seeing new places. I am lucky enough to do what I love (teaching) and the best part is getting to meet new people, like you, every semester. Please reach out and introduce yourself.
