Pennie Rogers, MSN, RN

Biography

I have been a registered nurse for over 40 years. I have a MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University, a BSBA from Indiana Wesleyan, and an AAN from Indiana University. My practice background includes serving as a staff nurse, long-term care director, acute rehabilitation manager, hospice nurse, and nurse educator. I have taught mental health, fundamentals, nutrition, roles, and laboratory skill sets plus a host of other nursing processes. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, gardening, and spending time with family, grandkids, and friends—who doesn't! I live in an 1830's log cabin in a small southern Indiana town, about 60 miles south of Indianapolis. The picture is of me and one of my grandsons.
