Steve Striby received a Ph.D. from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Steve and his wife Lupita have a daughter named Monica. Striby teaches Marian's courses on Plato and Aristotle, Augustine and Aquinas, Metaphysics, and Logic. His research interests include the relationship of faith and reason, virtue ethics, and Ockham's psychology. Striby received his BA in philosophy from Marian in 1988.
