Congratulations to the recipients of the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Awards, who will receive their awards during Homecoming Weekend.
Marian University proudly announces the recipients of the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Awards. These notable alumni will be honored at the Distinguished Alumni Awards ceremony on October 1. Awards are given in recognition of efforts in peace and justice, community service, volunteering, mentoring, professional achievements, and distinguished service to Marian University. "These alumni are living the Franciscan values; it's great to see how graduates of Marian University are transforming the lives of others and the world around them," said Barbara Stuckwisch, director of alumni affairs.

Barbara Clapp Fitzgerald '70, Mother Clarissa Dillhof Award for Distinguished Achievement in Mentoring
Glenn Tebbe '71, Donald A. Fleming Award for Distinguished Professional Achievement
Sr. Gloria Gallagher, OSF '46, Founders' Award for Distinguished Service to Marian University
Patricia Paquin Cavanaugh '76, St. Francis and St. Clare Award for Distinguished Achievement in Peace and Social Justice
Susan Smith Strom '68, Sisters of St. Francis Award for Distinguished Achievement in Volunteerism
Michelle Werner Meer '81, Mary McNulty Young Award for Distinguished Achievement in Community Service
Christy Lux '02, Central Indiana Chapter Young Alumni Award
