Alumni Association Now Accepting Applications for Board of Directors

With the end of the year quickly approaching, the Marian University Alumni Association National Board of Directors is currently accepting applications for the 2011 term.Directors are responsible for advising the Office of Alumni Affairs and providing guidance on topics related to alumni relations. The national board works to encourage alumni giving, promote involvement in campus events and activities, and strengthen the alumni network through meaningful engagement.Alumni who serve on the board can serve up to two consecutive three-year terms.
The mission of the Marian University Alumni Association (MUAA) is to promote the social, intellectual, and spiritual influence of Marian University in the lives of its alumni and to encourage the alumni to participate in the activities of the association and in the stewardship of the university. The current MUAA board is made up of alumni representatives from every decade of the last 50 years.
