Responsible Stewardship in Action
As one of the four Franciscan values, responsible stewardship calls us to share our gifts with those in need. Each spring, the Marian University Alumni Association, Office of Campus Ministry, and the Silver Knights sponsor Knights Called to Serve, a day when alumni and students serve the community through service projects at non-profit organizations around central Indiana. 

Service Activities
Knights Called to Serve volunteers work on important projects including painting, neighborhood beautification, cleaning, reading to children, and visiting seniors. Service sites in the past have included the YMCA, Flanner House, the Wayne Branch Library, the Marian University EcoLab, and St. Vincent de Paul.
