Marsha Schuler is an academic advisor in the Alan and Sue Leighton School of Nursing. She advises pre-nursing, traditional, and second degree nursing students. Schuler earned a bachelor of arts degree from Marian University in sociology and psychology. She also earned a master of science degree in school counseling from Butler University. Marsha is a national certified counselor and is a licensed school counselor in the state of Indiana.
After working as a guidance counselor at Brownsburg Junior High School and as a graduate advisor in the School of Education at IUPUI, Schuler joined Marian University as a nursing student advisor in 2007. She is a member of the National Academic Advising Association and serves on departmental and campus wide committees.
Schuler lives in Whitestown with her husband. She enjoys travel and spending time with family, especially grandchildren.
