The deadline to apply is March 1, 2014.
Prospective students who have been accepted to Marian University.
majors, including but not limited to music majors, may audition for a scholarship.
Dedicated students wishing to continue his/her participation in the show choir activity while earning a college degree.
Students who apply to audition by March 1 and complete an audition either on March 29, 2014 or by appointment.
Attend all rehearsals and performances and contribute to the success of the ensemble.
Establish and maintain the minimum GPA as established in the
Marian University Course Catalog
Register to take either a 30 minute private voice lesson or voice class.
Auditions for Knight Fusion will be held on March 29th, 2014 at 9 a.m. in the Marian University Theatre or by appointment.
Complete the audition form by March 1 to be eligible for a Knight Fusion scholarship.
Students will need to prepare a one-minute vocal solo, in any style, that showcases their vocal strengths. Solos may be performed with a track, acapella, or with an accompanist (provided by the university).
Students will be taught 1-2 minutes of choreography performed to a familiar tune and then asked to perform the routine as a group and/or individually.
A letter of recommendation from the student's current choral director is required.
