New Vice President for Enrollment Management Announced

Paul Woolston, Ed.D.Marian University announced today that the Catholic, liberal arts college on Indianapolis’ west side has hired Paul Woolston, Ed.D. to serve as the university’s vice president for enrollment management. Woolston will assume his new role on September 15.

Woolston will oversee and coordinate the university’s enrollment efforts, including formulation of recruitment and financial aid policies; collaboration in setting tuition, room and board, and fee amounts; and implementation of the university’s approved admissions policies. He will report to the university provost, and serve on the university president’s cabinet.

Woolston most recently served as director of admission and financial aid for the University of Southern California’s (USC) Thornton School of Music. He has additional admissions and enrollment experience at University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and Brigham Young University (BYU). Woolston earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from BYU, a Master of Music degree in Bassoon Performance from University of Michigan, and an Education Doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration from USC.

“Paul brings a wealth of experience to this role,” Thomas Enneking, Ph.D., provost, said. “Marian University is building on the momentum of a third consecutive year of record enrollment growth and we are confident that Paul will be able to lead the enrollment management staff to even greater increases in the university’s traditional undergraduate enrollment in the future.”
