Marian University senior Caroline Doorley is making a lasting impact on campus through her dedication to leadership, student involvement, and professional growth. As president of both Women in Business and the American Marketing Association (AMA), Caroline has actively created opportunities for students to connect, build relationships, and develop skills that prepare them for future careers.
Through her leadership in Women in Business, Caroline helps create an environment where students can build confidence, support one another, and explore opportunities in the business world. As AMA president, she also encourages students to expand their marketing knowledge, connect with professionals, and gain valuable experiences outside the classroom. Her involvement in both organizations reflects her commitment to helping fellow students succeed while making the most of her own Marian experience.
When asked how serving as president of Women in Business and AMA has helped you grow as a leader, Caroline responded, “It has taught me a lot about shaping culture through leadership and the way you interact with people. Whether that is with the people on your board, the people in the community you serve, or the professionals you interact with.”
Balancing academics with leadership responsibilities in two student organizations requires dedication, organization, and a passion for making a difference. As Caroline approaches graduation, she continues to set an example for other students through her involvement and commitment to the Marian community.
