Three second-year veterinary nursing students at Marian University’s Ancilla College, Makayla Batta, Hannah Miller, and Ashley Serrano, have been awarded scholarships through the Zoetis Foundation Veterinary Technician Scholarship Program, administered by the American Veterinary Medical Foundation. Each student received a $2,000 scholarship.
The Zoetis Foundation awards scholarships each year to veterinary technician students enrolled full-time at an American Veterinary Medical Association-accredited veterinary technology, veterinary nursing, or animal health technology program in the United States or Puerto Rico.
This year’s recipients join a growing list of alumni who have received the same honor. With this latest group of awards, our program has now produced seven Zoetis scholarship recipients!
