The Marian University Tom and Julie Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-WCOM) proudly celebrates Ryan Morgan ’26, who has matched into the Urology Residency Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
Urology is among the most competitive specialties in medicine. In 2025, only 76% of applicants matched nationwide, and just 5% of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine seniors secured positions through the early match. Ryan’s success reflects years of focused preparation, academic excellence, and perseverance.
For Ryan, matching at the University of Cincinnati carries personal significance.
“I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to further my medical training at the University of Cincinnati, a city that I consider a second hometown,” he said. “This journey has truly been a team effort involving numerous individuals who have provided invaluable guidance and support.”
Ryan credits MU-WCOM with preparing him for this next chapter.
“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to MU-WCOM for providing a strong foundation in my medical education and for the opportunities that have prepared me for this next chapter in urology.”
Marian University congratulates Ryan on this outstanding achievement and looks forward to watching him continue to grow as a physician and future urologist. His accomplishment reflects not only his own dedication but also the strength of the community that supported him along the way.
