Marian University has appointed Adam Enright as Athletic Director for its Plymouth campus. A former Ancilla College student-athlete, Enright returns to Chargers Athletics with more than 15 years of collegiate athletics leadership and coaching experience.

“My family and I are thrilled to join the Marian University community on the Plymouth campus,” Enright said. “I am eager to utilize athletics as a vessel to advance the Marian University mission through meaningful connection with students, faculty, and staff.”

Enright competed as a student-athlete at Ancilla College during the 2007–2008 academic year and credits the institution with playing a formative role in his personal and spiritual development.

“As a former Ancilla College student-athlete, I have been blessed with the opportunity to give back to an institution that contributed to my personal and spiritual journey,” he said.

Most recently, Enright served as Director of Men’s Athletics at Trinity Christian College, overseeing seven NAIA men’s programs. He also served as Head Baseball Coach, leading teams to conference tournament appearances and NCCAA World Series berths. His previous experience includes serving as Head Baseball Coach at Missouri Valley College.

As a student-athlete, Enright earned NJCAA All-American and Region IV Player of the Year honors and was part of the University of Southern Indiana team that won the NCAA Division II Baseball National Championship in 2010.

Enright holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Greenville College, a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Southern Indiana, and an associate degree from South Suburban College.

In his new role, Enright will lead Chargers Athletics on the Plymouth campus, focusing on student-athlete success, program excellence, and mission alignment.

“I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Natalie Tucker and Dr. Kenith Britt for their continued support,” Enright said.

Enright and his wife, Kimberly, have four-year-old twins, Brooks and Collins.
