Marian University’s Lee Ann Kwiatkowski Named 2025 Woman of Influence by Indianapolis Business Journal

Lee Ann Kwiatkowski accepts awardThe Indianapolis Business Journal has named Lee Ann Kwiatkowski, vice president and dean of the Fred S. Klipsch Educators College at Marian University, among its 2025 Women of Influence honorees.

Each year, the IBJ recognizes local women from both the public and private sectors who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service. Honorees are selected based on their influence in their organizations or industries, reputation for integrity and leadership, and a strong record of professional accomplishment and impact.

As vice president and dean, Kwiatkowski leads Marian University’s efforts to prepare the next generation of educators through innovative programs that emphasize academic excellence, character formation, and service. Under her leadership, the Klipsch Educators College has expanded partnerships with schools across Indiana to address teacher shortages and strengthen pathways for aspiring educators.

Dean Kwiatkowski and her fellow honorees were recognized at the IBJ Women of Influence awards ceremony at the Indiana Roof Ballroom on October 21st.
