Marian University has been recognized once again as one of the Best Colleges in America by Niche, a leading resource that connects students and families with higher education opportunities. The 2026 rankings underscore Marian’s academic strength, value, and student experience.
The university’s Leighton School of Nursing is the #1 ranked nursing program in Indiana and placed in the top 6 percent of nursing programs nationally. Among Catholic colleges in Indiana, Marian ranked No. 2, behind only the University of Notre Dame, affirming its role as a leader in Catholic higher education.
Among several recognitions, Niche also awarded Marian University a B+ grade for overall value, reflecting the institution’s commitment to providing students with a high-quality, affordable education that is accessible for all.
