Office of the Registrar

Our office is responsible for:

  • Assignment of classrooms for academic classes and final exams
  • Certification of student enrollment and degrees
  • Certification of student athletes for participation
  • Managing the collection of census attendance, midterm, and final grades
  • Evaluation of transfer, dual enrollment, and test credits
  • FERPA compliance and oversight
  • Interpreting and applying academic policies and procedures
  • Management of registration processes
  • Maintenance of student academic records
  • Management of the student degree audit system
  • Posting earned degrees and issuing of diplomas
  • Publication of the final exam schedule
  • Publication of the semester course offerings
  • Publication of university catalogs
  • Reporting of enrollment and degree data
  • Verification of degree requirement completion

We are located on the first floor of Marian Hall (104) and are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
