Forgot your password? Just a little confused and having technology issues? There is now a help desk to bring swift resolution to these problems. The new and improved IT help desk is available round the clock. You may log a ticket for IT help and assistance through the new user portal for the help desk. This can be accessed through the Marian University web site (navigating to Quick Links->My Marian) or by navigating directly there by going towww.marian.edu/helpdesk. Users will need to know their network/e-mail login credentials to access this site. If you don’t remember your username and password, there is also a feature that allows you to send an e-mail to open a ticket or you can call the help desk at 317.955.6444. Remember, students must have their Marian University username and password in order to log on to the classroom computer. MAP staff cannot provide this information, so you’ll need to contact the help desk. You may also want to contact the help desk for issues with the CAMS student portal.
