On Saturday, November 15, 2008, the Marian College Knights will take on Urbana University in the last home football game of the season. Kickoff will be at 2 p.m., and there will be tailgating in the parking lot prior to the game. It will be the last Marian College football game at Pike High School; beginning next fall, home games will take place at the new multi-purpose athletic facility on campus. Everyone is invited to participate in a chili cook-off. The chili will be tasted between noon and 1:30 p.m. at the tailgate, and the winner will be announced at halftime.
