Homecoming and family weekend will be October 17-18, 2008.  
Here is a schedule of events for homecoming and family weekend 2008: Marian College Awareness Exploration Day Friday, October 17, 2008, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Alumni, parents, the Board of Trustees, and friends are invited to an afternoon of sharing ideas about the college’s progress, current challenges and developments, and vision for the future. The afternoon will begin with lunch in Stokely Mansion. RSVP required to 317.955.6146 orkrzepka@marian.edu. M-Club Wall of Fame Induction Friday, October 17, 2008, 6-9 p.m. This year’s inductees include Troy Drosche ’96, Julie Goodspeed-Chadwick ’00, and Sr. Norma Rocklage, OSF ’60. Pep Rally Friday, October 17, 2008, 6:30 p.m. Gear up for the Marian College homecoming football game with a pep rally at the Allen Whitehill Clowes Amphitheater. Preview Day Saturday, October 18, 2008, 9-11:30 a.m. Prospective students are invited to a continental breakfast in Indianapolis Civic Theatre on the campus of Marian College, followed by an academic open house and a student panel presentation. Guests who attend Preview Day may also stay for a campus tour and, beginning at 12:30 p.m., tailgate, have a complimentary lunch, and attend the homecoming football game. There will be tailgating and lunch at Pike High School before the game. Homecoming Football Game Saturday, October 18, 2008, 2 p.m. The Knights will take on Grand View College at Pike High School. There is no charge for Marian College students, faculty, staff, and alumni with a Marian College I.D. Cost is $5 for adults, $2 for students, and children 12 and under are free. Mass Saturday, October 18, 2008, at 6-7 p.m. Mass will take place at the Allen Whitehill Clowes Amphitheater. Dedication of David B. Haire Family Welcome and Alumni Center Saturday, October 18, 2008, at 7 p.m. Alumni are invited to attend a dedication and open house for the David B. Students and Families Post-Game Celebration Saturday, October 18, 2008, at 8 p.m. Students and their families are invited to casino night in the Ruth Lilly Student Center, followed by a night hike at 9:30 p.m. and star gazing at 10 p.m.
