Marian University Knights Football Team Head to Iowa

The Knights are back in the NAIA FCS Semifinals for the third time in four years and will head to Sioux City, Iowa for the first time. The #7 Knights will take on #4 Morningside College Mustangs (Iowa) for the second time with the first meeting coming in the 57th Annual NAIA Football National Championship Game on Dec.13, 2012.

Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. Eastern time and will feature the top-ranked rushing defense in the NAIA against the top-ranked rushing offense. Something will have to give on Saturday. Lucas Corley (p-b-p) and MU senior Alex McCool (color) will call all the action on Catholic Radio Indianapolis at 89.1 FM WSPM and 90.9 FM WSQM. Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra to Perform at Marian University Theatre

The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra will perform a special Season Preview concert at Marian University Theatre on Thursday, May 1 at noon. This is a free concert for the community, with general admission entry. No tickets will be issued; guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The concert program includes a wide array of selections ranging from Beethoven and Mozart to Marvin Hamlisch and The Beatles. There is something for everyone in the 66-minute performance.
