Opening in the fall of 2012, New Hall is designed with 21st century living in mind. New Hall houses 144 upper class students. The tallest building on campus, it has four floors of suite-style rooms, with four students sharing a common living area and private bathroom in each suite.
All floors have the benefit of the OnGuard Card system, allowing students to feel safe in their living environment. The prox card system allows students access to the building, their floor and their suite, so that it is no longer necessary to carry a standard key with them. The building's amenities extend to its exterior, with a bricked courtyard and fire pit available for student use. The building is handicap accessible and features handicap accessible rooms on all floors.
Graduate Housing: Due to the nature desired for graduate and medical-student living, the fourth floor of New Hall is reserved for graduate and medical-students. Suites consist of two suite-mates instead of four (one student per bedroom) and shared living room and bathroom spaces.
