On Saturday, November 15, 2008, the Marian College Knights will take on Urbana University in the last home football game of the season.
Kickoff will be at 2 p.m., and there will be tailgating in the parking lot prior to the game. It will be the last Marian College football game at Pike High School; beginning next fall, home games will take place at the new multi-purpose athletic facility on campus. The game will be dedicated to honoring educators. We invite all educators to come to the game, where our education program will be recognized at halftime.
Everyone is invited to participate in a chili cook-off. The chili will be tasted between noon and 1:30 p.m. at the tailgate, and the winner will be announced at halftime. The prize will be a $25 gas card. If you are interested in participating, please contact Ann Kreicker, director of alumni affairs, atalumni@marian.edu or 800.952.3917, press 1.
There is no charge for children under 12 or Marian College faculty, staff, students, and alumni with a Marian College I.D. Cost is $5 for adults and $2 for students. Alumni can downloadcomplimentary tickets from the alumni web site.
