Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Marian University and the Office of 21st Century Scholars.

Full tuition scholarship application and due dates

To be eligible for scholarship opportunities, you should:

  • Apply online AND be admitted to Marian University no later than November 15.
  • Complete and submit the Marian University 21st Century Scholar Tuition Scholarship application by November 15.
  • Participate in an individual interview with the director of the 21st Century Scholars Program and other committee members.

Our mission

The Office of 21st Century Scholars is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of scholars. Driven by excellence and quality, we'll help you develop and engage in activities and programs that are designed to help you reach your highest potential.

To help 21st Century Scholars afford their college experience, Marian University provides 75 full (includes tuition and fees) scholarships to new scholars each year.

Funded through a combination of federal, state, and university financial aid sources, the scholarships are renewable if you remain in good academic and social standing with the university.

To be eligible, compete for, and receive the Marian University’s 21st Century Scholar Tuition Scholarship, you must first be admitted to Marian University. After being accepted to Marian University, you must complete our 21st Century Scholar tuition application. You must be accepted to Marian University and submit the scholarship application no later than November 15.

As a 21st Century Scholar at Marian University, you can participate in a number of campus programs and activities that will help you have a successful student experience, such as social events, mentoring programs, and academic support programs.
