than those with only a high school diploma.

Bachelor's Degree Requirements

According to state employment outlook projections, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development reports that those who have a bachelor's degree will fill one-third of all jobs by 2024. That means college graduates will have access to 1.5 times more available jobs than those whose highest academic credential is a high school diploma.
