Partner with Us

Providing our students with applied, hands-on, project-based teaching and learning opportunities is an essential part of an innovative curriculum.

Partner organizations help us teach students important lessons about the value of collaboration, communication, professionalism, meeting deadlines, managing and executing projects, and building leadership skills.

  • We’ve collaborated with more than 100 corporations and nonprofit organizations throughout the state on projects ranging from business and market research to consulting on special projects and initiatives.
  • Our talented teams of students can develop feasible, creative, and value-added solutions for your company. They work under the direction of experienced faculty to complete your project.
  • Faculty in the Byrum School of Business are available to talk with alumni, Indianapolis business and civic leaders, central Indiana nonprofit organizations, and others who are interested in partnering with us.

We seek clients who are interested in working with one or more teams of students on business projects that are (1) focused on creating business value and (2) will extend over the duration of an academic semester.

The types of projects we seek include:

  • Market research and data analysis
  • Strategic planning for marketing communications, including traditional and digital advertising campaigns
  • Business consulting and strategic business analysis such as financial scenario analysis, mergers, and acquisition targets
  • Other projects related to a range of contemporary business ideas, problems, or issues

Here's what past partners have said about their Byrum School experience:

"The product that you delivered will provide meaningful data that will shape some of our future decisions.

Patrick Sterrett, Scout Executive, Boy Scouts of America, Crossroads of America Council

"Your suggestions were SO good, and SO realistic to implement that we could not wait to get started on them!

Monica Whitfield Brase, Executive Director, National Junior Tennis League of Indianapolis
