"Among the other gifts that we have received and do daily receive there is our vocation, for which do we owe the greatest thanks." - Clare of Assisi
What can being a San Dam mean to you? It means being open to students of all majors: not just theology and philosophy, but also education, nursing, business, and beyond.
It means developing close friendships you'll depend on for the rest of your life. It could mean truly finding yourself and the work you are meant to do.
It certainly mean commitment. This is not a program for everyone. Its' for students who are honestly dedicated to a life in ministry or volunteer church leadership. And it's not a cakewalk. Our expectations are high.
"Rebuild my church" is a pretty high calling. We can't wait to see what it means to you.
San Damiano Scholar applicants must also apply for admission and be accepted to Marian University in order for the San Damiano Scholarship application to be considered.
