Michael McIntosh is very excited about his adjunct faculty position with Marian University. He has taught percussion for over 18 years. McIntosh is a Yamaha artist/clinician as well as a signature artist with Innovative Percussion. He also endorses LP Percussion, EVANS drumheads, Zildjian cymbals, Sibelius notation software, and is on the Dynamic Marching creative team.
McIntosh is an active clinician/educator and has performed percussion clinics for TMEA, OMEA, DCI, WGI, MEPA, IPA, BOA, Yamaha Sounds of Summer, Yamaha Japan, and PASIC. As an educator, he has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe. In 2008, Michael toured Japan presenting multi-media clinics on percussion techniques and digital design.
He currently resides in Brownsburg, Indiana with his wife Joy.
