What to Do:
Do not enter a damaged building.
If you are inside when building is damaged, leave if you able or wait for evacuation orders. If you can get out, immediately call extension 6789 if others are still trapped. If you can free others without endangering yourself or them, attempt to rescue them.
Be aware that power lines, wiring, and gas utilities may be damaged and extremely dangerous.
In the event of an earthquake, be aware that travel routes in the immediate area may be blocked, damaged, or unavailable, requiring faculty, staff, and students to remain confined to campus temporarily.
Wait for campus evacuation instructions.
