To apply for a spot in the Advance Institute for Mathematics and Sciences (AIMS), you must submit the following:

• AIMS 2011 Application.pdf
• official transcripts from grades 8-present
• medical records
• birth certificate
• three recommendation forms
  two teachers (preferably math and/or science teachers) and one personal reference
